Credit card information:

At Lola J we do not see, use or hold any of your credit card details. When submitting your card details for payment you are redirected via secure connection directly to PayPal’s secure processing page. All of this happens securely away from our site and we are notified of the result. These transactions have a very high level of security using industry standard SSL encryption. PayPal will issue you with a receipt number at the end of your transaction and will redirect you back to our site where we say thank you! A receipt for your purchase is sent via email.

All information collected on this site is treated as private and kept secure. No information you submit to us will be sold or passed on to any third party organisation. We collect information from you to help us identify who our customers are so we can continue to ensure that the site is meeting your needs. We need a basic level of information to ensure that your orders are sent to the correct address and that we can contact you if there is ever a problem. This information also allows us to enhance our security checks to avoid credit card fraud – this is for everyone’s benefit!
