COURIER

We use Aramex Couriers who deliver between 7am and 6pm Monday to Friday.

Delivery Times:
North Island Towns: 1-2 Business Days
South Island Towns: 2-3 Business Days
RD Delivery or out of service areas: Add 2-4 Business Days (Please note that if you have entered an RD Delivery Address but have not selected an RD Delivery Option, there will be a delay in dispatch until the additional charge has been paid).

Please be aware that there are occasionally delays that are beyond our control. If you have concerns please contact us and we will chase it up for you!

COLLECTION

The Lola J store is online only, we do not have a store front.  But if you are coming past and would like to collect your order, please select "Collection" in the courier option check-out field, and we will let you know when your order is ready to collect and how to go about it.  To arrange an order collection prior to placing your order, please message or call Laura on +64 21 280 2065.
