Welcome to Lola J. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

Lola J is a New Zealand online boutique specialising in handmade baby gifts, heirloom babywear, muslin wraps, blankets, shawls, and sewing supplies. Many of our products are handmade or prepared to order, so slight variations are part of their unique character.

All prices are shown in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) unless otherwise stated.

Prices and product availability may change without notice. While we take every care to ensure pricing is accurate, we reserve the right to correct any errors.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order if:

• a product is unavailable

• an obvious pricing error has occurred

• payment cannot be authorised

• fraudulent activity is suspected.

If your order is cancelled after payment has been received, a full refund will be provided.

Every handmade item is individually crafted.

Because each piece is handmade, slight variations in stitching, fabric placement, crochet edging, sizing, or finish may occur. These differences are normal and are part of the beauty and uniqueness of handmade products.

Handmade and natural fibre products should always be used under appropriate adult supervision and cared for according to the care instructions provided. Lola J cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by incorrect washing, drying, misuse, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow the recommended care instructions.

We do our best to accurately describe and photograph every product.

Colours may appear slightly different depending on your monitor, phone or tablet screen.

Measurements are approximate unless otherwise stated.

If you have any questions about a product, please contact us before purchasing.

Custom-made or personalised products are created especially for you.

Once work has commenced, custom orders cannot be cancelled or returned unless they are faulty or required by New Zealand consumer law.

Production times for custom orders may vary and estimated completion dates are provided as a guide only.

Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is the responsibility of the courier provider, although we are always happy to assist if problems arise.

Nothing in our policy limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.
