Shipping Policy

Delivery

We carefully package every order and aim to dispatch your purchase as quickly as possible.

Within New Zealand

We primarily ship using NZ Post Courier, although we may occasionally use other carriers depending on the size, destination, or nature of your order.

Estimated delivery times

North Island: 1–2 business days

South Island: 2–3 business days

Rural (RD) addresses: Please allow an additional 2–4 business days.

These are estimated delivery times only. Occasionally delays occur that are outside our control, particularly during busy periods or due to weather events. If your parcel hasn't arrived when expected, please get in touch and we'll happily investigate for you.

If you've selected a Rural Delivery address, please ensure you've chosen the correct shipping option at checkout. Orders may be delayed until any additional rural delivery charge has been paid.

Order Tracking

Tracking details will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.

Local Collection

Lola J is an online boutique and does not have a retail storefront. However, local collection from Kaiwaka is available by arrangement.

Simply select Collection during checkout and we'll contact you when your order is ready.
